The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Golem, Julian Zawistowski said that by far Ethereum is the most promising blockchain platform.
When asked in an interview with TNW about Ethereum’s scalability issues and whether Golem would migrate from it, he said that there is not another network which is even remotely close to it.
Zawistowski further added that as soon as Ethereum scales, they would like to interact with the blockchain and would be able to do it in a wider manner.
He was the type of man who wanted to bring change into the world. He realized that technology is what can actually make a difference. He has been running ‘imapp’ with an agenda to develop software projects.
Golem has been supporting and developed on top of Ethereum from the very beginning of the project. The project has been made possible with help of Ethereum blockchain. He has also mentioned that even Golem has raised money through an ICO. However, he is not very fond of the way how initial coin offerings [ICO] are operated and developed. He feels that the ICO mania has not been helping the cryptocurrency space.
There has been a number of altcoins which were developed on the Ethereum blockchain with its support. In February, Ethereum has begun testing sharding technology and they have been working on solving the scalability issues on the platform.
The co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin said that Ethereum foundation has been working on the scalability issues with their network, the changes are going to be implemented soon. Last month, The Golem Project which went live on the Ethereum main-net is said to be the most ambitious projects ever developed on the platform.
Alison Emily, Cryptocurrency Enthusiast tweeted:
“Very cool guys & a project many people in the #Ethereum ecosystem are excited about. So many talented #blockchain folks coming out of Poland. I suggested @glenweyl takes a pitstop over there during his book tour #radicalmarkets. @BobSummerwill “
