California based Blockchain security company, BitGo is undergoing a major transition as its CTO and Co-founder Ben Davenport is stepping down from the position. Ben says that he would be investing his time connecting with people from the Bitcoin community to figure out his new venture.
BitGo was founded in the year 2013 by Mike Belshe and Ben Davenport. The main idea behind the firm was to build an infrastructure company which would be an essential part of developing the Bitcoin community and increasing the adoption of Bitcoin.
Ben mentioned that the firm has developed to be the most trusted name in the enterprise digital asset security. BitGo offers services to almost 20 tokens and handles a huge number of transactions every month. He believes that the team and the business have grown extremely strong and the acquisition of Kingdom Trust will bring in all new strategic development for BitGo.
“It’s incredible to think that Bitcoin didn’t even exist 10 years ago. And yet we’re still just in the first couple miles of a marathon. I’m incredibly grateful to have been able to do my small part, though I hope it will not be my last contribution by any means. HODL on!”
Elizabeth Stark, a Twitterati says:
“Congrats on a successful 4 years and thanks for all your contributions to the bitcoin community! “
Warren Paul Anderson, Co-founder of Hedgy says:
