Cryptocurrency wallets are nothing but a software program that stores both private and public credentials in diverse blockchains. To use any cryptocurrency like BTC, ETH, the user must have a crypto-wallet.
When a transaction is initiated in a cryptocurrency wallet, the receiver is essentially signing off their ownership of the coins to the sender’s wallet address. To unlock the funds and spend the coins, the private wallet key of the receiver must match with the public addressed the currency is allotted to.
When the private and the public key matches the balance, the reliever’s crypto-wallet increases while the senders’ decreases accordingly. There is no real transfer of coins, the transaction just records on the blockchains and changes the balance in the cryptocurrency wallet.
Stellar has incorporated a customizable payment infrastructure that reduces transaction costs to almost nothing.
Robbie Johnathon, a portfolio manager at Boston N Financials spoke to AMBCrypto and says,
“Stellar’s rise has been stellar so far, they are currently the most underappreciated and undervalued token. The markets are waiting for Bitcoin to break resistance at 11,800, post that I think Stellar is going to be one of the biggest gainers”
